The meeting room

The meeting room at Flo’s is perfect for community support groups, team meetings, workshops, classes, group activities or 1:1 meetings.  It is a warm and light room with views of the park, and a separate entrance to the cafe. A TV screen is provided, as is access to a sink, kettle and mugs.

The maximum capacity for the room is 16 people (depending on layout)

The cost is £15 per hour.

Facilities:  sink/washing area, kettle, mugs, tables & chairs (folded away and can be set up as you wish), TV screen, whiteboard/flipchart (paper not provided)

To book a room, please follow these 4 easy steps:

  1. Read our room hiring agreement: Flo’s room hiring agreement
  2. Use the calendar below to select the room, time and date you want to book and fill out the booking form.
  3. You will be automatically notified of your reservation. You must then wait for confirmation of your booking from Flo’s staff team.
  4. Pay using the invoice which the Flo’s team member will send you.
