We have a number of rooms that can be hired for meetings, family gatherings or individuals, as work spaces or consultation rooms. Single dates and multiple bookings can be scheduled quickly and easily via our online booking system. Simply click on a picture below for more details, or scroll down to book directly.

Please note, for all spaces there is a minimum booking time of 1 hour during office hours and 3 hours on evenings and weekends.

Large meeting room

A calm meeting room at the centre of the community.

The meeting room at Flo’s is perfect for community support groups, team meetings, workshops, classes, group activities or 1:1 meetings.  It is a warm and light room with views of the park, and a separate entrance to the cafe.

The maximum capacity for the room is 16 people (depending on layout)

The cost is £15 per hour.

Facilities available:  sink/washing area, kettle, mugs, tables & chairs (folded away and can be set up as you wish), TV screen, whiteboard/flipchart (paper not provided)


Our main space at Flo’s can be hired out in the evenings from 6 pm, for a minimum of 3 hours. It is suitable for meetings, classes or social activities. Here are some of the bookings we’ve had recently:

  • Meetings and workshops- the worktop benches in the space mean that there are lots of opportunities to be creative.
  • Teaching classes – arts/crafts/reading/learning
  • Movement classes – it is possible to move tables and chairs to one side and have plenty of space for exercise.Cost: £25 per hour. Maximum Capacity 70 (depending on layout).


The bowling pavilion is a flexible space. It is available anytime between 9 am – 10 pm throughout the week and is suitable for all sorts of gatherings and meetings.

This is a large, light room ideal for classes or group meetings – great for community activities. The shutters open up directly onto the park.

You can choose to have tables and chairs in the space or completely cleared if preferred. You will have access to a small kitchenette area if you need to prepare food or washup. The kitchenette is equipped with a kettle and mugs, but we will ask you to bring your own tea and milk. If you need access to a flip chart, screen and projector let us know and we can supply you with these. (Please note that paper is not provided)

The maximum capacity of this room is 24 people (depending on layout). The room measures 5.5 X 5.5 metres.

For weekday bookings: The price is £15 per hour. You may occasionally be interrupted by someone walking past the corner of the room to access an office. If this is a problem for your group, please let us know when you book. 

For weekend bookings: We ask you to book at least 3 hours.

Our café serves delicious brunch items, hot lunch specials, sandwiches, salads, and sweets, expertly roasted coffee. The best part is that all the money spent in the café and through our catering team feeds into the local economy and funds our community activities at Flo’s.
