Terms and Conditions of Sale for online ordering: 

These are the terms and conditions on which Flo’s Cafe supplies products to you, whether by phone, via our website or in the premises. Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By placing an order, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not place an order if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you order online and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

Ordering
You may only place an online order if you are at least 18 years old.

Please ensure that when you place an order online order, you will be able to collect your order at the appointed slot. If you miss your collection slot, hot food will be kept for 30 minutes and then discarded. No refund will be given for missed collections.   In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order due to events outside our reasonable control, you will be notified as soon as possible by the email you have provided.

Products
All products are subject to availability. We have vegetarian and gluten free options and theses are labelled in the cafe.

Our staff provide quality service and great care is taken in the preparation of our products. For full ingredients list and allergen information, please as a member of cafe staff or call us on 01865 587613. If you have a food allergy or special requirement please specify in your order or let our staff member know whilst ordering by telephone.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel an order up to 45 minutes before pick up slot by telephoning 01865 587613, or via email cafe@flosoxford.org.uk

Price and Payment
Prices are available on our website and may change from time to time. Prices include VAT. Payments for orders placed via our website, are made directly to use via a third party, iZettle. Please see our privacy policy for a statement on how we work with iZettle.

Written Communication
For contractual purposes, when you order products online, you agree to electronic means of communication. Please make sure that the details you provide are correct. When your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Consumer rights
None of the above terms and conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
