Every day at Flo’s, we witness both the cultural richness of our areas, alongside significant inequity for some living in our community.
Our Impact
Oxford is famously known for its universities and “dreaming spires”, and is a city of innovation with considerable wealth and resources. It should therefore be a place where its assets, people and communities come together to generate solutions that tackle inequity.
Our work commits us to tackling issues of equity through participatory practices and by amplifying the often unheard voices of our local communities in OX4 so we can have the greatest impact for those living in our neighbourhoods.
We release an annual Impact Report each September at our AGM.
