Flo’s Nature Nursery is our first site based at Flo’s - The Place in the Park, OX4.

Opening times and dates

Open Mondays to Fridays from 8.15 - 5.00pm term lime only (48 weeks per year)

We accept 2, 3 or 4-year-old funding

Inspiring Young Minds 

Inquisitive young minds will find a lot to explore in our setting, whether this is watching a spider spin her web, searching for millipedes hiding under a rock or just having a rest under the blossom of our apple tree. 

Our children get involved in planting food and tending the crops in harmony with the seasons. We also make good use of other outside areas including Florence Park, Kate’s Place and Oxford City Farm. Our daily meals are prepared in house by the Flo’s Cafe team. Our vegetarian menu supports sustainability and provides healthy, nutritious meals for our children, every day.

Open Mondays to Fridays from 8.15 - 5.00pm term time only (48 weeks per year)

    • Friday 3rd April 2026 – Tuesday 14th April 2026 (inclusive)

    • Last day of term is Thursday 2nd April.

    • Note: Tuesday 14th April 2026 is an INSET day.

    • Monday 17th August 2026 – Tuesday 1st September 2026 (inclusive)

    • Last day of term is Friday 14th August. It is a half INSET day. We are open morning only and close at 12.45pm.

    • Note: Tuesday 1st September 2026 is an INSET day.

    • Wednesday 23rd December 2026 – Monday 4th January 2027 (inclusive)

    • Note: Monday 4th January is an INSET Day
