Flo’s Caretaker
15 hours per week | Permanent | £27,783 pro rata (£14.06/hour) | Based at Flo’s
A practical, hands-on role helping to keep Flo’s safe, clean, welcoming and in good working order.
You’ll be looking after the building and shared spaces, carrying out routine checks and minor maintenance, supporting health and safety, monitoring supplies, helping with room set-ups and working with contractors and colleagues.
The role is based at Flo’s, with 12 hours spread across four days, ideally mornings, plus 3 hours worked flexibly for planned works and events. This may occasionally include weekends.
We’re interested in transferable skills and experience, not just previous job titles or having followed a particular career path.
