We have a number of rooms that can be hired for meetings, family gatherings, groups individuals or as small working spaces. Single dates and multiple ‘block’ bookings can be accommodated.
For all spaces there is a minimum booking time of 1 hour during office hours and 3 hours on evenings and weekends.

Flo’s Meeting Room
Flo’s Meeting Room is perfect for community support groups, team meetings, workshops, classes, group activities or 1:1 meetings.
It is a warm and light room with views of Flo’s gardens, and has a direct access without needing to go via Flo’s Cafe. The space has one sink, a kettle and drinks making facilities. Toilet and baby change access is via our main building space.
The room can be set up /meeting style’ with tables and chairs or can be used as a more informal space, should you wish. The room also includes the use of a TV screen and a flip chart. Free Wifi is available across our site.
The maximum capacity for the room is 16 people (depending on layout).
The cost is £15 per hour.
Flo’s Cafe
The heart of our community hub is Flo’s Cafe. This vibrant space can be privately hired for larger events and gatherings. (minimum of three hours). It’s great for hosting courses, speaking events, workshops, screenings and private events.
Flo’s Cafe furniture can be left in place, rearranged or moved aside completely depending on your needs.
Maximum capacity 70 seated
The cost is £100 per hour.
